1. Service Description

Endorsd (endorsd.co) is an AI-powered Global Talent Visa application preparation tool operated by Corelay. The service helps users organise evidence, draft documents, and receive AI-generated feedback on their visa applications.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must not represent AI-generated output as professional legal or immigration advice.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your visa application as submitted to Tech Nation or the Home Office.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Payment Terms

Endorsd offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro at £149, Premium at £499). All payments are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe.

• If no AI analysis has been generated, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an AI analysis has been generated on your account, no refunds will be issued.
• Stripe handles all payment processing. Endorsd does not store your card details.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs — including scores, feedback, drafted statements, and recommendations — are suggestions only. They are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or visa outcome. The AI may produce errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you provide to the platform (evidence, personal statements, etc.).
• Endorsd and Corelay retain ownership of the platform, its design, AI models, and all proprietary technology.

6. Data Handling

7. Limitation of Liability

Endorsd does not guarantee any particular visa outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to visa refusal, delays, or costs incurred in reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
• Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
